The Ark OKC uses information submitted through this website to manage barber appointment requests and communicate with clients about those appointments.

Information we collect

When you request an appointment, we may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, service selection, appointment date and time, and any optional notes you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use booking information to receive, review, confirm, manage, reschedule, cancel, and communicate about appointments; maintain basic business records; and protect the booking system from abuse or duplicate reservations.

Payments

The website may link to third-party payment services such as Cash App or Venmo. Payment information entered on those services is handled by those providers under their own privacy practices. The Ark website does not collect card or bank-account numbers through its booking form.

Service providers

The booking system uses technology providers that host the website and securely store booking data. Information may be processed by those providers as needed to operate the service.

Sharing

The Ark does not sell booking information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate the booking service, comply with law, protect rights or safety, or respond to a valid legal request.

Retention and deletion

Booking information may be retained as reasonably necessary for appointment management, business records, dispute prevention, and system security. You may contact The Ark to request correction or deletion of your booking information, subject to any records that must reasonably be retained.

Security

Administrative access to booking records is restricted. The site also uses access controls, duplicate-booking protection, input validation, and rate limiting. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
