These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Ark OKC website and appointment booking service. By using this website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.

Website Use

This website is provided by The Ark OKC to allow clients to view services, request appointments, and communicate with the business. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or other users' access.

Appointment Booking

Appointment requests submitted through this website are requests only and are not guaranteed until confirmed by The Ark OKC. The Ark OKC reserves the right to accept, decline, reschedule, or cancel any appointment request at its discretion.

The Ark OKC currently offers barber appointments Thursday through Saturday, with each barber maintaining separate availability, services, prices, and service durations. Available appointment times are calculated for the selected barber and service. Hours, services, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact The Ark OKC as soon as possible before your scheduled time.

Payments

Payment is not required to submit a booking request. The website may link to third-party payment services such as Cash App or Venmo. Payment transactions are handled by those providers under their own terms and privacy practices. The Ark OKC does not collect card or bank-account numbers through its booking form.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

The Ark OKC offers appointment-related text messaging. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from The Ark OKC related to your appointments.

Messages may include appointment requests, confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and scheduling updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP to any message.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or booking services. You may book appointments without opting in to SMS messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Ark OKC and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Ark OKC provides this website and booking service "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Ark OKC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website, inability to access the service, or errors in the booking system.
